Rape charge filed after victim bound

A Fort Wayne man faces preliminary felony charges after police say he bound and raped a woman, according to Allen Superior Court records filed Monday Daniel Ridley, 32, of the 3000 block of Warsaw Street, was arrested Sunday on charges of rape, criminal deviate conduct, strangulation, domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.
