GOLDENDALE, Wash. - Spokane County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Dave Reagan says the FBI and Spokane County Sheriff's Office deputies with U.S. Marshalls are searching for escapee Phillip Arnold Paul in Goldendale, Wash., according to KREM.com. Paul, a patient from Eastern State Hospital, judged criminally insane, has been missing since Thursday.
