Call volume temporarily knocks out Kalamazoo County phone line for flu-shot reservations

So many people were calling Kalamazoo County's H1N1 flu clinic reservation line this morning to reserve a dose at a clinic set for this Friday that the volume brought the phone system down for almost two hours.
