PRIDE celebration met with tremendous support

When Ranson Mayor A. David Hamill was recently quoted by The Journal that he hoped "nothing" would come of the Panhandle PRIDE Celebration on July 12, 2014, he had already been unanimously overruled by his more enlightened City Council when they issued a proclamation declaring July 12 as Gay Pride Day.
