Nobody seems to know exactly why this business was allowed to open so close to residential areas. Maybe a little more re-zoning and fewer payoffs are in order.

I guess you could have asked the same thing about the RR tracks and the train wreck.

My point is that you can not solve every issue with politics, in fact, politics makes theings worse 99% of the time.
