City, State To Test Warning Sirens Tuesday

The state and Honolulu County will conduct emergency siren tests on Tuesday. The first test will be the monthly Hawaii Civil Defense siren warning system at 11:45 a.m. After the civil defense test, the city's Department of Emergency Management will conduct a second siren test around Campbell Industrial Park.
