When they want a break from cleaning up after Tuesday night's tornado, residents of Eureka might want to consider buying a lottery ticket. The Book of Odds once calculated the odds of being hit by a tornado were about 1 in 4.5 million, yet the Greenwood County seat, with a population of perhaps 2,500, has now been hit twice in three years.
