A man who allegedly beat a woman and left her near a dumpster is now charged with murder after his victim died of her injuries about a month after the incident.

A woman who police say was found unconscious and lying next to a garbage dumpster in Kyle, has died as result of the injuries she sustained during an alleged aggravated robbery.

Authorities have charged 22-year-old Jamie Beltran Granados with murder in the robbery and death of 32-year-old Mary Katherine Mayfield.
