There's a huge difference in parents who GIVE UP their rights and parents whose rights are TAKEN AWAY by a court system that refuses to recognize Parental Alienation, a term coined by Dr. Richard Gardner.

The headline in this story contradicts a sentence in the story:

Headline reads: "Parents who give up their rights.."

yet, further inside the story it is stated:

(..the fathers argued that their responsibility to pay child support ended when their parental rights were TERMINATED."

So, did they GIVE up their rights or were they TERMINATED?

Either way of course, they are still obligated to pay child support.

But, it's a horse of a different color when a parent (usually the father) is ommitted from their child's life at the request of a mother bent on hatred.

ALL TOO OFTEN, there are great injustices bestowed upon the father.

Of course, I totally agree, but there is cases where the father is denied even a picture of his child that he supports. The system doesn't always work well for the parties involved.

Indeed!

Some so-called "mothers" need their children taken away in order to stop them from using the children as bargaining tools! Some women are utterly repulsive and will stoop to the lowest level to be vindictive, even at the cost of their own children which they claim to love. SAD!!

Ultimately, the only person that they end up hurting are the children themselves. It's truly sickening!

Do you expect men to have any rights with Margaret Workman on the bench? Her name says it all "work man". Tisk tisk.. when will voters ever learn.

I agree with you 100% injured worker.

Men are treated like animals.

No wonder so many turn gay.

I did.
