Hope bleak in search for missing Spring kayaker

Searchers using dredges and sonar had spotted no sign late Sunday of a 42-year-old Spring man, who was last seen the night before clinging to a branch after his kayak capsized in the rushing waters of Cypress Creek , Harris County Precinct 4 chief deputy, Mark Herman said.
