Rain returning; flooding possible

More rain. Possibly more flooding. It wona t cease until next week. Those are the thoughts of the National Weather Service in Topeka where meteorologist Scott Whitmore said much of eastern Kansas along and south of Interstate 70 will be affected by a flash flood watch going into effect at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
