Ranchers still digging out after storm
“There might be 75 to 100 poles down in Harding County. So we're going to be maybe a week without electricity, so everyone's got generators running.”
Throughout Rapid City, only scattered snowdrifts remain from the storm that shut down the city Friday, but when you head north, it's a different story. via KOTA-TV Rapid City
