He was probably murdered by the church like that guy was from Shady Grove Baptist Church. The pastor's wife must have needed a new Mercedes, and or boobjob.

As far as I know he wasn't murdered. I can't remember his whole name ill ask my dad when he gets home but I think it was like Lester or something. He worked at Lear. I think he was like 60.

Yeah, as far as anyone will ever know he wasn't murdered. That's his point.

We live near the lake (no lake view) and I see people coming and going with their boats I can't see why anyone would be on their boat with this weather.
Did he drown or did he fall of his boat and hit his head? Drowning is such a horrible death. I feel so sorry for his family, especially with the holidays so close....

Actually, he wasn't murdered. I happen to be a member and attend the church that Lester attended. He was seen on the lake, alone, it was a drowning accident. You should be ashamed of yourself for even suggesting something as horrible as that. Let the family mourn over the loss of their loved one.

I know a Lester Lawson. . . The Lester I know had a heart of gold. He would do anything for you, and he worked hard all his life. And, if it's the one I know, his dear mother just passed away a few weeks ago. He and his family were always so good to me and my kids. His family members are in my prayers.

He worked at Lear, and he liked to fish, man no one should ever go on lake by theirself and no life jacket was on when he was found, that was printed in The Citizen Tribune, could be true or not, that paper is not the best sorce of the truth.RIP LESTER

I will say this...IF this man died on the lake while doing something he loved like fishing, then in my eyes, he died happy...no better way to go!

Let the bashing begin...

According to the local radio news a witness said that Lester cried out for help .I'm guessing that maybe he had a heart attack .

What I don't understand is why didn't someone at least help the poor man out of /away from the water,if he was indeed having a heart attack..Generally a person having a heart attack has their hand to their chest ,which is a sure signal so a person would know that he was in distress.

RIP Lester.Prayer's to his family and friend's.

He didn't have a heart attack. It was a drowning. The boat is under the water. It had a leak. He drowned. He couldn't swim.

Lester was a really good man who will be greatly missed by many. Its ashame it had to end this way.For those of you that never met him, you missed out, he will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends. As far as what happened that day, we may never know. Just say a prayer for everyone that has been affected by his passing.

You'll have a fabulous time if you're longing to see what's on offer in the sales, especially if you want to buy yourself some new clothes or cosmetics. However, you won't pay much attention to how much you're spending, and may even deliberately avoid thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and don't go overboard if you can't afford it.
