Report: 110 missing ballots in Monroe from recount...

Officials said 110 ballots turned up missing at a recount in a close Wisconsin Senate primary -- and it could swing the outcome.

More than 100 ballots missing in recount for 17th Senate District

The discrepancy is with 110 ballots from the city of Monroe. According to the Wisconsin State Journal, the number of ballots counted by voting machines on election night was 110 votes higher than the number of ballots sent to the Green County Clerk's Office.
