C'ville looks to keep 2013 tax rates

During the regularly scheduled, Monday, Aug. 11 Caneyville City Commission meeting, Caneyville City Clerk Connie Gootee presented the first reading of the options for the 2014 property tax rates, which included maintaining the 2013 rate, a compensating rate, and raising the rate by four percent.
