My son inlaw is on the jury and his employer is not paying him. He may miss up to three to four weeks with out pay. He lives in and works in Quinter,KS. for the Mayor's own company. It is not a law that he pays , but most employers do pay. Outher states have laws that they pay for jury duty. My son inlaw and daughter have three young children. What can they do?
