Trenton Klippel, 18 was initially stopped Tuesday for speeding. The officer said when he got out of his vehicle there was a green, leafy substance on Klippel's clothing and in his teeth.

Wheel Tax "Rolls Down the Road"

The commission voted 13-11 to table the motion, which would increase the county's wheel tax from $35 to $85. The proposed $50, and $25 for motorcycles, tax hike is a result of growing budgetary pressures plaguing the young fiscal year.
