Authorities are investigating the death of a Canyon County jail inmate found hanging by his neck in a jail shower room Wednesday.
Dive teams investigating possible drowning
Dive teams in Gem County are looking into a report of a drowning in Emmett. Around 2:00 p.m. today, two young children, ages 8 and 10, flagged down a police officer and told the officer they saw a teen swimming in the pond.

Friends and family are mourning the loss of an Idaho teenager, the second to drown in just a few days.
