For the DA to say this crime was not especially Heinous, is absurd. What kind if person could declare this crime not especially heinous?

How could the people of this community stand for the DA's office to declare this crime not unusually cruel! Was this not a Human Being that was shot in the face? Was she armed or sny kind of threat at all to the murderer? Was the statement from the sheriff dept about the murderer stuffing the body in a garbage bag, not cruel or heinous. I'm not a citizen of this town, but the citizens here deserve more justice than a lame statement such as this. The great state of N.C. should review this grave negligence and pursuit of injustice.
