Doug Johnson is suing Fluvanna County, not Marvin Moss. In fact, Johnson seems to be making a career of suing Fluvanna and running for school board. I thought the claim on another board was crazy until I checked Johnson's website. It's true. Johnson has 36 court filings in 4 months against Fluvanna. If you like Moss or not, at least we are getting something when Moss spends county money. The only people benefiting from Johnson's hyperactive lawsuits are the lawyers the county is having to pay to defend against Johnson's constant displeasure. I would rather my tax dollars pay teachers or sherriff's deputies than lawyers

Cases only go to the Supreme Court if you are a complete criminal! Moss must be a very bad person!

Mr. Johnson is suing the county, but he has now been elected to the school board seat for cunningham, does this scare anyone else????

When the Supreme Court gets done with Moss, he will be in jail for life! Fluvanna has never seen anyone worse!
