SCHULENBURG, Texas - A train derailment and chemical spill west of Schulenburg led to the evacuation of 75 homes Monday evening, said the Fayette County emergency management coordinator.

Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that the Fayette County Sheriff's Office has been involved in two different vehicle pursuits in the past week and is proud to report both drivers were apprehended without incident.

Police said the two men wanted for open firing at a crowd outside at a nightclub in Downtown Austin, wounding eight people, have turned themselves in.

Brandon Bruce Hutchison and LaBaaron Demon Hutchison are in custody in connection with the shooting.
