Vision Iowa approves grant for trail along river

The Vision Iowa Board's Community Attraction and Tourism Board has approved a $225,000 grant for the construction of 4.8 miles of trail along the Turkey River from Clermont to Elgin running along the River Bluffs Scenic Byway.
