Kayaker drowns in Fall River County reservoir

A Fall River County man drowned at a reservoir just north of Hot Springs. Twenty-six year-old Jake Gulzow's body was recovered early Tuesday morning.

My newphews were there that morning at the same reservoir and talked to the young man who lost his life. He was very nice, very helpful in moving his things out of the way so my nephews could launch their boat. The ranger came by just then and moved them along because of the bad weather they were expecting and my nephews made it home safely. Life can end at the drop of a hat, may Jake Gulzow rest in peace.
