Not Guilty Plea in Weapons Charge, Shooting Death
A Dickinson man has pleaded not guilty to a weapons charge relating to the shooting death of his former stepfather.
STARK COUNTY STATE'S ATTORNEY TOM HENNING SAYS HE DID NOT ANTICIPATE THE JUDGE WOULD SET BOND SO LOW WHEN HE MADE THE DECISION NOT TO CHARGE JAMIE OSBORN WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER IN THAT CASE.
Dickinson Police are investigating a murder suicide. This morning 43 year old Dickinson resident Tracey Osborn was found dead in the trunk of her car, 51 miles north of Dickinson in Dunn County at an oil rig site.
