This incident happened some time ago. It happened before her sentencing and jail time. The subject was brought to the courts before the sentencing. It was talked about at sentencing. It is my understanding from being in court, that the family visited Jen in New Mexico and dropped their son off at Jens doorsteps. Then the parents spent the night somewhere else. There are a lot of pics of the “Family Trip”. New Mexico was informed about this after Jens sentencing here in Kansas. This commonly happens when people don’t like what the judge orders. There is no proof that anything happened in New Mexico. I do not want to bring up the subject of Parents Endangering a Child. If they visited Jen because the mother was her best friend….why did the mother not spend the night with Jen? Why did the mother not spend the night with Jen? Why did the mother not ride back to Kansas in the car with Jen? Why didn’t the father and son have alone time? Things are not adding up. Please remember there are two sides to everything in life. The family was told by Jen about what was going on before her arrest. Jen went to the police when they called her in for questioning. Parents did not file charges. The DA filed charges. Jen told a hospital room from what I hear. And, of course they have to tell. She knew that I’m sure going in. So…again,, what’s goin on here? I want to know why SRS has not gotten in this? Has this child been put into dangerous positions by the parents? Just a questions…not stating a fact. Does anybody out there have any input on that? I understand needing a babysitter…but, if you can say horrible things about Jennifer I want to know why if I write truts about this case that they get erased? Completely irritated at the system at this point.
