Westbound Interstate 40 has been closed after a fatal multi-vehicle crash at mile-marker 335 in Cumberland County.

Cookeville Tennessee Highway Patrol said a three-vehicle accident is causing some traffic back-ups on Interstate 40 in Cumberland County.
