Wyoming investigators say the deaths of 3 people in a rural Converse County home in March were a double homicide-suicide. Sheriff Clint Becker said Wednesday the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation concluded that 53-year-old Joseph Noel and his wife's son, 28-year-old Chad Heck, were homicide victims.
