Colleton County Sheriff's officials are searching for Rebecca Schultz, 21, and Charles Garten, Jr., 30, of Round O. Warrants were issued for the arrest of Charles Michael Garten, Jr., 30, and Rebecca Joan Schultz, 21, on unlawful conduct toward a child charges, according to officials.
