He should be ashamed of himself for doing this to his wife, mother, father, and other family members. Also, he should feel bad about scaring the people in the banks that he robbed. He should have gotten a job like the rest of us. He choose to be a robber and now he needs to pay his debt. He needs stand infront of these banks with a sign on him saying that he is a theif and made to feel ashamed of his actions and then clean public bathrooms for his community services plus pay back all the money with penalties and interest added to the princpal. Again he chose his actions now pay the consequences.

He had a job- the guys that own JDI Sports took him in, trusted him and he was a good worker.
Except on days he took off...
Then the real person showed up- thug, punk, theif, criminal and uncaring soul.

He will now pay for a long time- probably incarcerated the rest of his life. He made the choice- live with it. No sympathy from here- he decieved folks that trusted him- they did not know his background, but hopefully learned a valuable lesson in who you hire and trust.

Do ya'll really think no one knew all this time?
The days he was gone from home or town, then showing up with a few extra $$?

No one in his family knew anything about what he was doing. His family has been totally devasted by this. He has a hard working man, devoted husband, animal lover and golf buddy to many. He is ashamed of what he has done and prays everyday that his friends and family will forgive him for what he has done and for putting them thru this.

That's right, we didn't know anything about what he was doing. He worked hard and loved his family. He is very ashamed of what he has done, we forgive him and love him.

It appears a couple times- involved in a robbery and served, then a "federal" charge was mentioned that didn't have details.
Can't change a leopard's spots!!!

I'm sure his family, as we all would, still cares for him, but he decieved to many folks here to get any sympathy.

Doesn't sound like he was very ashamed of what he did. Maybe embarrassed that he got caught again. I feel sorry for his family and the embarrassment he's put them through, but no sympathy for him.

Yes, he has served time for robbing banks in the past.
As far as being a doting, loving husband, is pure BS. He didn't give a damn about his family. Gambling and golf, thats all he cared about, and wasn't any good at either.

He should be put away for life.

As for being a doting, loving husband, that is exactly what he was. He did serve time in the past, but some people let the past be what it is - THE PAST!! As for being put away for life - someone with your attitude could easily be the next one there. You obviously don't have God in your heart or peace in your mind!! I will pray for you.

That's not what Mrs. Limping Bandit said like a couple hundred times. He was never home, always broke, etc......
Does anyone feel sorry for the real victims in the gutless cowards crimes? Like the innocent working people with honest jobs, ya know, the ones he pointed a gun in their faces? They deserve our support. Not the criminal.
And yes, I do have peace of mind. When people like him are locked away.

you are ashamed and want forgiveness after you turn yourself in after the first bank hold-up not after you ram a gun in someone's face 23 times and demanding money. he has already served several years in prison for the same crime. shameful, i think not, to forgive, thats up to someone else. btw, the FBI did a great job didn't they (LOL).

i agree 100% with numb nut and you obviously didn't know steve. personally, i think the tax payers should be spared the expense for a 20 year sentence and go ahead and electrocute him. your misguided compassion sucks. you want to pray for someone pray for the victims. btw, don't bother to pray for me

Well I obviously do know him and he was a loving and devoted husband!! And yes he did serve time before for the same thing but I gave him a second chance and had no idea he was doing it again!! I still love him and will still stand beside him. See you don't know the whole story, he had a gambling problem- that's why he did it and I know that's not an excuse but to me it's a sickness just like drugs and alcohol. I feel in my heart that he would have never done it if it weren't for that. I don't care what you think. I know where Steve and I stand and that's all that matters to me. TO HELL WITH THE REST OF YOU!!!
