I'm sorry that the driver made a bad decision and it cost the life of an innocent person. I've read some of the comments on the WCPO side defending the victim. Regardless of what people say, I can't believe the victim had no idea of what was about to happen and I'm sure had some opportunity to exit the vehicle before the race. This all goes back to "Where are the parents?" The driver may be an adult, I don't recall. But his parents should have taught him long ago about responsibility and consequences. The whole attitude of kids will be kids is a ridiculous stance for parents that don't want to take responsibility for their children...how do you think the children are going to act when you release them into the world?
