Manufacturer plans to hire a dozen workers, add space

A Clark County manufacturer is gearing up for big growth. Springfield-based Palmer Manufacturing & Supply Inc. is looking to hire more than a dozen employees in the next few months including assemblers, mechanical engineers and electrical engineers, said Jack Palmer, president of the company.
