Chippewa County woman claims dog can read

After hearing that Rita Parr had a dog who could read, I had to see for myself. Not knowing what to expect, I headed to Parr's Hardware on the city's northwest side, where I was greeted by Klaus, a handsome 2-year-old German shepherd.
