The Kentucky State Police Ashland responded to a three vehicle collision at the 164 mile marker on I-64. David Blanton who was traveling westbound fell asleep and made contact with Sherain Lopez's vehicle, causing Lopez's vehicle to cross the median into the opposing lane striking Timothy New's vehicle head on.
