Duluth Dentist Charged With Striking State Trooper Makes Court Appearance
A Duluth dentist, facing criminal charges for crashing his car into a state trooper vehicle in August, made an appearance in Carlton County Court Wednesday.
According to Carlton County Attorney Tom Perlter, 38-year-old Kenneth Anthony Belcourt pled guilty Wednesday to first degree criminal sexual conduct and use of a minor in a sexual performance.
Woman caught rummaging through home
On November 4, 2009, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Carlton County Deputies responded to the 2900 block of County Road 61 south of Mahtowa, where a homeowner reported she awoke to a woman unknown to her standing in her kitchen, rummaging through cupboards.
