MHS Juniors prepare to serve at Georgia Youth Assembly
Tia Brown and Kirrin Parham, Juniors at Metter High School, are preparing to serve in official roles in Atlanta at the Georgia Youth Assembly in November. a fThe Youth Assembly allows students to learn civil leadership skills and practice government procedures, such as writing bills and debating them in a congressional setting, and all students participating in this November trip will do so at the actual Capital building, in the House and Senate's chambers.
