It was crazy, there were like 50 cop cars flying by me as i was on my way to work this morning.

As the investigation continues we are seeing that Wayne is becoming a hero in Calvert County eyes! Wayne and his brother are known as the "Wide open Well’s" from their Fire Dept days. AA county did the investigation and using one of their Police Cars. Skidding over the previous marks made by MSP. Instead of starting at the start of Wayne marks that started their skidding were the impact was. This will naturally show a slower speed. Per discussion of people that have spoken to Wayne he has no remorse in what he did. I hope he can live with himself for what he did.
