In what police are calling a "bizarre" case, an Ogden man has been arrested after he allegedly kidnapped his brand-new co-worker. The 41-year-old man was training a temporary worker at commercial baking company H.C. Brill in Pleasant View, said Police Chief Scott Jackson.
