Adams 12 candidate's votes must be counted, judge rules
Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler plans Thursday to appeal a ruling by a Denver judge ordering that votes for Adams 12 school board candidate Amy Speers must be counted -- even though she lives outside the district she hoped to serve.
