Kashian will turn this into a circus and use it as a grudge match against the new prosecutor that beat him in the election and the county that booted him out of office. He is still creating havoc on the justice system of Branch County. What a total loser he is. No class.

If this prosecutor loses this case, it really shows how weak she is. The last murder in Branch County which a man was beat to death, she plead out...the very thing she ran her campaign on. She has not impressed me.We need to concentrate again on our meth infested county...where is she in all this?

She has not impressed me either though the last one had to go. I know of a case where a man was areested for a very old B&E, he spent several thousands of dollars for a lawyer just to have it thrown out at a pretrial because she didn't have an evidence to begin with. The arrest was in the paper but not the dismissal...
