Arkansas couple faces charges of child endangerment

I cannot believe these " people" were able to bond out of jail! I guess locking your children up and chaining them to tires is not crimminal enough to keep them in jail! I guess keeping them locked in a jail cell would be too harsh of a punishment for chaining innocent little children up and not allowing them the RIGHT to live like FREE HUMAN BEINGS! Where were their rights! God help those children!
