Second North Idaho Dispatcher Files Discrimination Claim

A second North Idaho 911 dispatcher is alleging race discrimination and retaliation against her employers In early July, a Native American woman said she was kicked to the curb from her job as a Bonner County dispatcher after six years on the job.

An Arizona man who engaged police in a shootout on Interstate 90 near Post Falls was indicted by a Kootenai County grand jury on 12 counts of assault with intent to commit murder, the Bonner County Sheriff's Office announced Friday.
