At 7:15pm, this evening a call was received by Corvallis Dispatch Center reporting a helicopter crash near the towers on Mary's Peak.
Rental helicopter from Hillsboro crashes on Marys Peak
A rented helicopter crashed this evening on Marys Peak, west of Corvallis. Just after 7 p.m., a witness told a 9-1-1 operator that her son had just seen the chopper crash and two of its passengers walk away.
