this is very sad.. how can they drop charges??.. and they cant find 2 key witnesses?? wtf i can go in to bigfoot or sit on the side of the damn road and find the 2 key witnesses <sigh> so much for cpd

I'm not so sure what your problem with CPD is but I'm friends with a lot of them so I don't really like your comment too well. Yeah it is a shame that no one can find two key witnesses but it isn't just CPD's problem, maybe your just not up to date on how the law works and the procedures they have to go through.

well i have several issues with CPD.. and i dont really care that u dont like my comment... its a shame that I a suvillian can sit on the side of the road or walk in a store and find both key wittnesses.. and they as train officals cant.. sumthing is wrong with this pic.. dont ya think???
