Fate of dogs seized from SC rescue still undecided after Monday court hearing

More than 100 dogs and cats seized at an upstate South Carolina rescue will remain in the shelter for now, Fox Carolina News reported April 21. A meeting was held in Anderson this morning concerning the fate of dogs and cats seized back in February from Golden S. Rescue.

Upstate rescue offers reward for dog missing/stolen after routine vet visit

Taryn Gibson and Day Before the Rainbow are living a rescues worst nightmare. Taryn's Facebook page reported one of their dogs was stolen in an April 15 post, and the information was reported April 19. A reward is being offered for his safe return.

SC siblings who gained media attention for stealing shelter pups in jail again

Siblings who gained nationwide attention for stealing three puppies from an upstate South Carolina shelter are once again in trouble with the law, Fox Carolina reported April 3. Kenneth, Randle, Cassidy and Taylor Lewis and Perry Sprayberry were arrested in connection to a March 26 burglary of a storage shed on Stewart Street in Pelzer.
