Second man charged with stealing copper

Marty Vaughn, 32, of 108 Vaughn Drive, Belton, was charged with unlawful transportation of nonferrous metals and two counts of injury to real property, fixtures or improvements to obtain nonferrous metals, damage of $5,000 or less in connection with the incidents.
