Xcel grants go to UNC, Boy Scouts

Two Greeley organizations are getting $7,500 each from Xcel Energy. The grants are going to Longs Peak Council of the Boy Scouts of America to be used for exploring, learning for life and venture scouting and to the University of Northern Colorado for its Frontiers of Science Institute, according to Xcel spokesman Joe Fuentes.
