Repeat ID thief back in prison for financial fraud

A Seacoast woman, once described by a federal judge as a "sociopath," "serial criminal" and a "fraudster," was just weeks out of prison for bankruptcy fraud and identity theft when she used three different names and two social security numbers to try and get online credit, according to federal officials.
