Arc Thrift Stores set to open fourth Springs location

Denver-based Arc Thrift Stores will open its fourth Colorado Springs location at 9 a.m. Thursday in the former Ultimate Electronics building at 7207 N. Academy Blvd.. Thursday's opening - which includes an 8:30 a.m. ribbon cutting, food coupons and appearances by local business mascots - is part of a three-day store kickoff.
