Tyco International Ltd. today announced that its 2010 annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Central European time at the Park Hyatt Zurich Hotel, Beethoven-Strasse 21, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland.

The expansion will make room for steel coil slitting, gage reduction, roll forming, threading, product packaging and other secondary operations.
