Emmis dodges delisting with 11th close above $1

Emmis Communications Corp. is off NASDAQ's hit list. The Indianapolis-based radio broadcaster closed Tuesday at $1.40, the 11th straight day of trading above $1. The NASDAQ stock exchange had warned last month that it would delist the company if its stock wasn't able to top a $1 for 10 days in a row.
