Tops launches Orchard Fresh concept supermarket

Tops Markets LLC plans to open Orchard Fresh, a small-format store in the upscale Buffalo, N.Y., suburb of Orchard Park, N.Y. If the new store is successful, the Williamsville, N.Y.-based chain may use it as a template for expansion, according to a news release.
